Even on the comment board above me,  where the responses almost entirely (if not entirely) come from Realtors, the answers are as varied as the cultural melting pot that we live within in the USA. Has NO ONE ever followed up these results with &quot;why do you think that&quot;? And again, it doesn&#039;t matter what WE think - this is perfect opportunity to close our mouths and open out ears. Is it as simple as the fact that people don&#039;t trust salespeople?
