About Us…
The Professional One Branding Concept
Professional One was created to be the real estate’s first true professional services firm, akin to a top-tier accounting or law firm.
The company is driven by a set of clearly articulated Mission Statements and Core Values.
The primary tenets of the branding concept are as follows:
- The highest barrier to entry in real estate (in terms of experience, education and ethics requirements)
- A financially conservative, “right-sized” economic model
- The most powerful residual income model in real estate

Key quote:
“The real estate industry is broken on many levels. The public deserves more from the industry, and so do the good, honest hardworking agents and brokers who are forced to do everything uphill and against the wind because of the low barrier to entry and the low level of professionalism that exists in real estate today. We’ve created the industry’s first legitimate barrier to entry, and we’re doing our best to lead by example and provide an alternative to anyone driven first and foremost by the desire to provide or receive truly professional, ethical real estate representation. To say it a little differently, historically, the real estate industry has always inherently chosen quantity over quality. We’re exactly opposite of that: in any decision that involves quantity vs quality, we choose quality.”

Key quote:
“I believe we are uniquely positioned to lead the charge on reclaiming professionalism in real estate. Consumers have voiced their concerns about real estate and shown that, time and again, professionalism, honor, trust and integrity are key points in selecting whom they work with in the process of buying and selling real estate. We see a tremendous opportunity to fill a rather substantial void that we see in the spectrum of brand concepts within the real estate industry. We think the public – as well as the true professionals in real estate – are looking for a brand that is legitimately based on professionalism, excellence and integrity as the highest ideals and motivators.”

Key quotes:
“When I left real estate franchise sales several years ago, I told myself and others that I would never return to the industry. It’s old, it’s staid, it’s mature and I really believed that all the good ideas had already been conceived and brought to market. And then I stumbled upon Professional One, and my eyes were opened and my perspective was immediately adjusted. The Professional One concept is completely original, the ideas are perfect for what’s happening right now, and the timing for this is absolutely divine.”
“The big, established brands are in decline, and Professional One’s “high-character/low-overhead/ultra-professional” brokerage model is precisely what the public wants in today’s ethically-challenged environment, and exactly what the industry itself needs to survive. The Professional One concept is so revolutionary that I truly believe it will sell itself, and it will sell itself to exactly the people that we want: the smartest people who understand exactly where the industry is, and exactly where it is going. Away from fat, bloated operations populated by people who should not be in the business, and toward smart, lean, tech-savvy operations populated with legitimate professionals with real integrity. I have extremely high expectations for the ultimate success of this franchise model. I’ve sold franchises successfully in a number of different industries, and I’ve never seen a franchise so perfectly poised to capture legitimate market share quickly. ”
